Oklahoma likes to test their tornado sirens every Saturday at noon if there is ZERO percent chance of a tornado. BUT if there IS A CHANCE of a tornado, it’s the same siren. You can see how this might be confusing to someone from out of town that sleeps until noon on Saturday.
